la tranquilla cittadina di provincia, rimane isolata a causa di una terribile alluvione proprio mentre un pericoloso serial killer soprannominato "il missionario" si aggira per le sue strade. E proprio mentre la citta' e' nel caos piu' assoluto, quest'ultimo si appresta ad uccidere la Bella Desire'. Senza sapere che lo straripare del fiume ha liberato il male e le sue creature.

The quite province city gets isolated because of a terrible flood exactly while a dangerous serial killer, named "the missionary", is roaming among its streets.
